A large covered parking area or a season ticket for the external blue lines, the beach with umbrella and two deck chairs, Wi-Fi, fitness area, bicycles, cots, high chairs, bath tubs are available for guests.

All hotel services are included in the price except for drinks (water, wine, coffee, etc.) and the tourist tax of Caorle (1.20 Euros per person per day for the first 7 days, children under of the 12 exempt years).
The rooms are all equipped with heating and air conditioning, balconies of different sizes with or without sea view, bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, internal telephone, satellite television, safe, minibar, Wi-Fi.
The restaurant: rich breakfast buffet, typical Italian cuisine, cooked and raw vegetable buffet, choice of menu, half board ONLY for dinner, on request for lunch.
Pets: small pets are welcome, large pets on request. A supplement may be charged for sanitizing the room on departure.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full price of the committed room will be charged.
The reservation of the room is definitive only after receipt of the deposit of 200.00 Euros and our written confirmation. VAT included 10% except government increases.
If the arrival is expected after 12.00, please notify.
On the day of departure, the room, parking and beach place must be vacated by 10:00 am. The stay ends in any case with breakfast on the day of departure. Each subsequent service is intended as an extra (parking, beach, swimming pool …).
The pension is counted from the first meal eaten from the date of arrival until the small breakfast on the day of departure. Failure to eat meals at the hotel will not result in a refund. It will be replaced with a travel basket in case of trips.
